ABOUT MPR
MPR is built around one purpose: helping soccer players reach their highest potential.
Backed by 20 years of coaching and player-development experience, MPR combines technical development, performance, recovery, mentorship, and player pathways to create a complete approach to athlete development.
We believe developing a player goes beyond what happens during a training session. It requires purpose, discipline, confidence, preparation, recovery, and the right opportunities.
From grassroots players building their foundation to competitive athletes pursuing the next level, MPR is committed to developing better players, stronger individuals, and creating pathways for the future.

MEET OUR Head COACH
Francois Milbin
Founder & Head Coach, MPR

For more than 20 years, Francois Milbin has dedicated himself to coaching, developing, and mentoring soccer players, building experience across virtually every stage of the player-development pathway.
His coaching journey has taken him from grassroots development through Regional iModel competition, along with experience in Super League soccer, futsal, technical training, and competitive team environments. Throughout his career, Francois has continually studied the game, learning from experienced coaches, mentors, and teachers and incorporating those lessons into his own approach to player development.
Before becoming a coach, Francois grew up playing competitive soccer in Brantford, Ontario. He competed in the Ontario Soccer League and later at the college level in the OCAA, where his team reached the finals in consecutive years.
After college, his passion increasingly shifted from playing the game to teaching it. Much of that journey has included helping develop his son, Deon, while simultaneously coaching and mentoring countless other young players. Today, Deon is continuing his development on scholarship at DME Academy in Daytona Beach, Florida, pursuing his ambition of reaching the national team.
That experience has given Francois a unique perspective on what it takes to develop an aspiring player not simply technically and tactically, but physically, mentally, and emotionally. He believes great coaching requires understanding the individual athlete: knowing when to teach, when to challenge, how to build confidence, and how to motivate players to demand more from themselves.
Francois also brings an extensive background in athlete wellness, performance, and recovery. Through MPR, his vision is to combine technical soccer development with recovery principles and player pathways, creating a more complete approach to long-term athlete development.
His philosophy is simple: develop the player, build the person, and create pathways to the next level.

More Than Training
Our objective is not simply to run sessions. The goal is to develop players.
Training will be limited to approximately 24 players to maintain a strong player-to-coach environment and allow our coaching staff to provide more individualized instruction, feedback and attention throughout the program.
Players will be evaluated throughout the winter based on development, performance, attitude, commitment.
From the Winter Development Program, a select group of players may be identified for an opportunity to travel to DME Academy in Florida during the summer and participate in DME's preparation and
development camp environment.
The winter program is designed to help prepare players for opportunities like these while giving every athlete a clear pathway to continue improving.
